Galileo® Vibration Training

Galileo® Fit Extreme is a professional whole-body vibration training platform designed for strength development, bone density, balance, neuromuscular performance and improved circulation. It utilises side-alternating oscillation technology, that is superior to other vibration plates that use vertical (linear) vibrations, because it mimics the natural human walking motion, offering higher muscle activation, better coordination, and significantly lower stress on the joints and spine. This technology works on a "seesaw" principle rather than moving up and down as a single unit. It can be integrated with upper-body vibration training to deliver efficient, full-body activation in a single system.
